Refund Policy

The Free Tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. The Confident Investor ($49/month) can be cancelled whenever you like, and consumers in the EEA keep a 14-day right of withdrawal. Everything below explains how that works in practice.

Cancel from the Creem customer portal or by emailing support@yieldparse.com. A cancellation stops the next renewal, is effective immediately for billing, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

As a consumer in Norway or the EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, under the Norwegian Distance Selling Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Because a subscription gives immediate access to a digital service, we ask for your explicit consent to start providing it straight away and you acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends for that purchase once provision begins. If you subscribed and have not used the paid features, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the charge in full.

Email support@yieldparse.com from the address on the account and include the date of the charge and the last four digits of the card. We answer within two working days and tell you plainly whether the refund is approved and why.

• You withdrew within 14 days and have not used the paid features.
• You were charged twice, or charged after a cancellation we should have applied.
• A renewal arrived while the service was materially broken and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
• We materially change or remove a paid feature you relied on and you tell us within 30 days.

If the paid service is unusable for a material period and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected period pro rata. Write to us with the dates and we will check our logs rather than argue with you.

Approved refunds are processed by Creem.io as merchant of record to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Creem may also issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase to prevent a chargeback, in which case you will hear from them directly.

Contacting us first is almost always faster: we can refund a disputed charge in days, while a chargeback takes weeks and costs the small team behind YieldParse a dispute fee. Opening a chargeback does not replace this policy, and it does not stop us from resolving the underlying issue.
