Privacy Policy
What YieldParse knows about you, why we need it, who else sees it, and how to get it corrected or deleted. Short version: the minimum to run your analyses, nothing sold, nothing hidden.
Effective 17 October 2026 · Operated by KM TECH LABS, Kristiansand, Norway
01Who is responsible
KM TECH LABS, organisation number 934 044 029, Kristiansand, Norway is the data controller for the personal data described here. Data requests and questions go to support@yieldparse.com.
02What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name and chosen plan.
- Analysis data — the listing URLs you paste, the results we generate for you, and the timestamps and free-tier counters that go with them.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and which pages and markets you use.
- Billing data — your subscription status, invoices and refund history. Card numbers are handled by Creem.io as merchant of record and are never stored on our systems.
03Why we process it, and the legal basis
- Contract — to run your analyses, show your history, deliver PDF reports and bill you.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the service working, prevent abuse and free-tier gaming, and improve which markets and features matter.
- Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies, which you can refuse without losing the product.
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting and tax records required in Norway and the EEA.
04Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect the site, and privacy-respecting usage analytics to see which markets and features are actually used. We do not run third-party ad targeting or sell profiles to advertisers.
05Who we share data with
We share personal data only with:
- Creem.io — merchant of record for checkout, tax, invoices, refunds and chargebacks.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who process data on our instructions under data processing agreements.
- Authorities — only when we are legally obliged to, and only the minimum required.
We never sell personal data.
06Transfers outside the EEA
We keep processing inside the EEA where we can. When a provider processes data outside the EEA and the UK, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.
07How long we keep it
- Account and analysis data: while you have an account, or until you delete the analysis or the account.
- Billing and invoice records: five years, as required by the Norwegian Accounting Act.
- Backups: rolled over on a fixed schedule, so deleted data disappears from backups within that window.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you: kept as long as they are useful.
08Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access and portability);
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- stop processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing;
- withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
Email support@yieldparse.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Supervisory Authority for Personal Data (Datatilsynet), or the data protection authority in your country.
09Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, access to production data is limited to people who need it, and we do not store card details. No system is perfectly safe — if a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10Children
YieldParse is a professional research tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, tell us and we will remove it.
11Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes and mark the new effective date. If a change materially affects you and you have an account, we will also send an email.
